RETURN & REFUND POLICY – NEVELLE

At Nevelle, we are committed to providing high-quality products and a smooth shopping experience. This policy is designed in accordance with the South African Consumer Protection Act (CPA) and outlines your rights and our responsibilities.
1. GENERAL RETURNS (CHANGE OF MIND)
In accordance with the CPA, customers may return unused products within 7 days of delivery if they change their mind.
To qualify:

The item must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging

Proof of purchase must be provided

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

Original shipping fees are non-refundable
2. DEFECTIVE OR FAULTY PRODUCTS
If your product is defective, damaged, or not functioning as intended, you are entitled to a remedy under the CPA within 6 months of purchase.
You may choose:

A repair,

A replacement, or
-
A refund
We may request:

Photos or videos of the defect

Return of the product for inspection
3. INCORRECT OR DAMAGED ITEMS
If you receive the wrong item or a damaged product:

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

Provide clear photos of the issue
We will:

Replace the item at no cost to you, or

Issue a full refund if replacement is not possible
4. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items may not be returned unless defective:

Personal care and beauty tools that have been used

Items not in original condition or packaging
5. REFUND PROCESS
Once your return is received and inspected:

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days

Refunds will be issued via the original payment method
6. LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you have not received your refund:

Contact your bank or payment provider

If still unresolved, contact us directly
7. SHIPPING RETURNS
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect.
